三种不同药物联合治疗根尖周炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Three Different Drugs in the Treatment of Periapical Periodontitis

目的研究对根尖周炎治疗中氢氧化钙糊剂+米诺环素+奥硝唑的效果。方法以2018年7月—2019年12月医院收治的46例根尖周炎患者为本次探究对象,随机分成对照组(氢氧化钙糊剂,n=23)、研究组(氢氧化钙糊剂+米诺环素+奥硝唑,n=23),对比两组患者治疗效果、疼痛情况。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗根尖周炎中,采用米诺环素+奥硝唑+氢氧化钙糊剂治疗,对帮助患者提升治疗效果,降低疼痛感具有重要意义。

Objective To study the effect of calcium hydroxide paste+minocycline+ornidazole on periapical periodontitis.Methods 46 patients with periapical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group(calcium hydroxide paste,n=23)and research group(calcium hydroxide paste+minocycline+ornidazole,n=23).The therapeutic effect and pain situation of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was obvious,(P<0.05);the VAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was obvious,(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of periapical periodontitis,the use of minocycline ornidazole calcium hydroxide paste treatment,to help patients help patients improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the sense of pain.
