疏肝养胃汤治疗肝胃气滞型慢性胃炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Shugan Yangwei Decoction on Chronic Gastritis of Liver and Stomach Qi Stagnation

目的研究分析疏肝养胃汤联合西药抑酸剂治疗肝胃气滞型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将60例肝胃气滞型慢性胃炎患者随机分为研究组30例与常规组30例,研究组口服科室协定方疏肝养胃汤,同时予以泮托拉唑静滴,常规组仅予以泮托拉唑静滴;疗程12周。对比治疗前后两组主症改善疗效、中医症候疗效及胃镜下疗效。结果研究组主症改善疗效、中医症候疗效及胃镜下总体疗效均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝养胃汤联合抑酸剂使用能够进一步提高肝胃气滞型慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效,促使其临床症状早期减轻,疗效优于单纯使用西药。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Shugan Yangwei decoction combined with western medicine antacid in the treatment of chronic gastritis with liver and stomach qi stagnation.Methods 60 patients with chronic gastritis with liver and stomach qi stagnation were randomly divided into the study group(30 cases)and the conventional group(30 cases).The study group took oral administration of liver-nourishing and wet-nourishing decoction agreed by the department,and gave pantoprazole as static drops,while the conventional group only received pantoprazole as static drops.The course is 12 weeks.The two groups were compared before and after treatment to improve the curative effect of the main symptoms,the curative effect of TCM symptoms and the curative effect of gastroscopy.Results The main symptoms of the study group were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Yangwei decoction combined with acid suppressant can further improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic gastritis with liver and stomach qi stagnation,promote the early relief of their clinical symptoms,and the efficacy is better than that of western medicine alone.
