中国海上油田射孔技术应用现状及展望 被引量:14

摘要 射孔完井是中国海上油田使用最为广泛和普遍的完井方式,为海上油气资源发现、提高油气井产能起到了至关重要作用。为了进一步推动海洋石油特色射孔技术体系的发展与进步,总结回顾了中国海上油田射孔技术的发展历程,综述了射孔参数优化设计、高效射孔、射孔联作、特殊射孔等海上油田射孔关键工艺技术应用现状,从深层/超深层射孔、老油田剩余油挖潜与产能恢复、常规射孔工艺与压裂酸化联作、井下工况条件下的射孔参数检测评价及优化、射孔评价与智能射孔、构建为地质油藏射孔的新理念和新认识等方面对未来海上油田射孔技术发展方向和趋势进行了展望。建议进一步加强技术攻关,研发适应中国海上油田开发需求的射孔新装备、新技术和新工艺,完善、升级和发展增产型海上油田特色射孔工艺技术体系,以期为中国海上油田的持续增产稳产提供技术支撑。 Perforating completion is the most widely used ordinary completion method of China offshore oilfields,which plays an important role in the discovery of offshore oil and gas resources and the productivity enhancement of oil and gas wells.In order to further promote the development and progress of offshore oil characteristic perforating technical system,the development history of perforating and completion technologies in China offshore oilfields is summarized and reviewed.The status of key offshore perforating technologies,such as optimized design of perforating parameters,efficient perforating,combined perforating and special perforating is summarized.The development trends of offshore perforation technologies in the future are discussed from the aspects of deep/ultra deep perforation,remaining oil potential tapping and productivity recovery of old oilfields,the combination of conventional perforating and fracturing acidizing,the appraisal and optimization of perforating parameters under downhole conditions,perforating evaluation and intelligent perforation,and the new concept and understanding of perforating for geological reservoirs.It is suggested to further strengthen technical research to develop new perforating equipment,technologies and processes to meet the needs of China offshore oilfield development.In order to provide technical supports for CNOOC’s oil increase and stable production,we should improve,upgrade and develop the stimulation-oriented characteristic offshore perforating technology system.
