尤瑞克林辅助治疗急性脑梗死对患者血清hs-CRP和IL-6及Hcy水平的影响

Effect of Ureklin on the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and Hcy in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨尤瑞克林辅助治疗急性脑梗死对患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法选择本院2016年3月至2017年3月收治的84例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各42例。两组均进行常规抗脑卒中治疗,对照组给予依达拉奉进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用尤瑞克林辅助治疗,两组均连续治疗2周,比较两组临床疗效及血清hs-CRP、IL-6、Hcy水平变化。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组hs-CRP、IL-6及Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林辅助治疗急性脑梗死可有效降低患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、Hcy水平,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with ureklin.Methods 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional antistroke.The control group was treated with edaravone,the observation group was treated with equin for the treatment of the two groups.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks,compare the changes in serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and Hcy levels.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The hs-CRP,IL-6 and Hcy levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureklin adjuvant treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and Hcy levels,and has a good clinical effect.
