利培酮单用与合并辛伐他汀治疗精神分裂症患者的临床对比观察

Clinical observation of single risperidone or combined with simvastatin in treatment of schizophrenia

目的分别探讨利培酮单用与合并辛伐他汀对精神分裂症患者的临床应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年5月本院收治的精神分裂症患者40例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各20例。对照组给予利培酮治疗,观察组给予利培酮结合辛伐他汀治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、血脂代谢水平及用药不良反应。结果观察组治疗4周、8周后PANSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗8周后空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用利培酮合并辛伐他汀治疗精神分裂症安全性高,可改善患者精神分裂症状,降低血脂代谢水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of single risperidone or combined with simvastatin in treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 40 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given risperidone,and the observation group was treated with risperidone and simvastatin.After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),blood lipid metabolism and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of PANSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Risperidone combined with simvastatin in treatment of schizophrenia has higher safety,it can improve symptoms and decrease the levels of blood lipid metabolism.
