护理简报在科室护理质量管理中的运用

The application of nursing brief in nursing quality management in department

目的探讨有效的科室护理质量管理方法,以提高ICU护理工作质量。方法 2015年7月至2017年7月本科室组织护理质量控制小组,进行护理检查后,对检查中发现的问题进行整理、编写及统计科室各种数据编写成护理工作简报,每月1期进行通报、学习、整改、追踪评价。结果实施护理简报后,病区环境卫生得分、基础护理质量得分、管道标识得分、护理文书书写得分、护理实践操作得分、气道护理操作得分、消毒隔离得分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实施前比较,实施护理简报后72例患者对护理满意度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而实施后病区护理差错发生率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科室护理工作简报的实施有效、可行,能有效改进ICU护理工作。

Objective To explore the effective methods of nursing quality management to improve the quality of ICU nursing work.Methods This research activity was selected from July 2015 to July 2017.Based on the problems collected from the check by the nursing quality control team.The nursing briefing was reported and learned monthly,followed by the improvement and check up.Results Ward after the implementation of nursing after the briefing,the implementation of environmental health score,basic nursing quality score,score the pipe id,nursing documents writing score,nursing practice scoring,airway nursing procedures,disinfection score significantly were higher than that of before the implementation,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-implementation,the patients after the implementation of the nursing briefing significantly increased the nursing satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the incidence of nursing error in the disease area decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of department nursing work briefing is effective and feasible,and can effectively improve the ICU nursing work.
