微创手术与传统开放手术治疗脊柱创伤的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects between minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery for spinal trauma

目的探究脊柱创伤患者中应用微创手术治疗与传统开放手术治疗的临床效果。方法以回顾性分析的方式选取2014年1月至2019年1月到本院接受手术治疗的100例脊柱创伤患者作为研究对象。根据手术方式的不同分为微创组和传统组,各50例。微创组患者接受微创手术治疗,传统组患者接受传统手术治疗。比较两组患者各项手术指标、手术前后疼痛程度以及并发症情况。结果微创组中手术相关指标优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者NRS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,微创组患者NRS评分优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组患者并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于传统组的22.00%(P<0.05)。结论微创手术应用于脊柱创伤临床治疗中的效果优于传统开放手术,能明显减少手术出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,降低术后患者疼痛程度,且不易发生并发症,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery in patients with spinal trauma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with spinal trauma who underwent surgery from January 2014 to January 2019 was selected as the study subjects.According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into the minimally invasive group and the traditional group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the minimally invasive group received minimally invasive surgery,and the traditional group received traditional surgery.The surgical outcomes were compared and the pain and complications of the two groups were compared before and after surgery.Results Surgery-related indicators in the minimally invasive group were superior to the conventional group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NRS score between the two groups.After treatment,the NRS scores of the patients in the minimally invasive group were better than those in the traditional group.The data comparison between the groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the minimally invasive group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the traditional group(21.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive surgery in the clinical treatment of spinal trauma is better than that of traditional open surgery.It can significantly reduce the amount of surgical bleeding,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and the postoperative pain is low,and it is not easy to have complications,high security,worthy of clinical promotion.
