摘要
为考察卷烟通风率对含有醇体系、水体系的香线滤棒卷烟中苯乙醇和乙基香兰素转移率的影响,选取不同通风率、不同香精添加量的卷烟进行苯乙醇和乙基香兰素含量的测定。结果表明,醇体系香线中香精的释放量及转移率略高于水体系;随着滤嘴中苯乙醇添加量的增加,苯乙醇的转移率呈上升趋势,香精添加量与转移率呈显著正相关;随着通风率的增加,卷烟样品中苯乙醇的转移率呈逐渐上升趋势,苯乙醇的转移率与总通风率呈显著正相关。
In order to investigate the effect of cigarette ventilation rate on the transfer rate of phenylethyl alcohol and ethyl vanillin in cigarette filters containing alcohol and water systems,the content of phenylethyl alcohol and ethyl vanillin were determined by ciga⁃rettes with different ventilation rates and different flavors.The results showed that the release amount and transfer rate of the essence in the alcohol system were slightly higher than those in the water system.With the increase of the amount of phenylethyl alcohol in the fil⁃ter,the transfer rate of phenylethyl alcohol showed an upward trend,and the amount of flavor added and the transfer rate showed a sig⁃nificant positive correlation.With the increase of ventilation rate,the transfer rate of phenylethyl alcohol in cigarette samples showed a gradual upward trend,and the transfer rate of phenylethyl alcohol showed a significant positive correlation with the total ventilation rate.
