基于振动信号分析的纺织机械状态监测与故障诊断

摘要 传统纺织机械状态监测与故障诊断没有基于振动信号分析,导致监测误报警率高、故障诊断置信度低。文章基于振动信号分析设计纺织机械状态监测与故障诊断方法,通过跟踪纺织机械状态监测信号,构建纺织机械故障诊断模型,添加振动信号Gaussian白噪声,实现纺织机械状态故障诊断。 Traditional condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of textile machinery are not based on vibration signal analysis,resulting in high false alarm rate and low reliability of fault diagnosis.In this paper,based on the analysis of vibration signal,the method of textile machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is designed.By tracking the monitoring signal of textile machinery,the fault diagnosis model of textile machinery is constructed,and the white Gaussian noise of vibration signal is added to realize the condition fault diagnosis of textile machinery.
