摘要
为了研究混纺纱纺制过程中牵伸的控制方式及工艺参数对后期制成的针织布面的影响,解决纺纱中不同原料过牵伸区纤维分层的问题,以获得均匀一致的布面,主要就同种原料的混纺纱,对细纱工段采用不同的牵伸形式所得出的织物进行对比研究;在三罗拉集聚纺对照采用不同的牵伸比,牵伸比较小的布面比较均匀一致。在四罗拉集聚纺,通过改变牵伸皮辊的组合方式所得的针织布面,引导皮辊的柔性牵引更容易获得均匀一致的布面。由此证明,混纺织物牵伸工艺的调整会对布面的完好与否产生不同程度的影响,并以此来寻求消除布面瑕疵的最优方案。
In order to study the influence of drafting control methods and process parameters on the knitted fabrics produced in the later period during the spinning process of blended yarns,and to solve the problems in spinning to obtain uniform fabrics,mainly on the same raw materials comparative study of blended yarns in the spinning section using different drafting fabrics;blending obtained by using a combination of different draft ratios for three-roller agglomeration spinning and changing the drafting method of top rollers during a four-roller agglomeration spinning,the knitted fabrics made of yarn were compared and analyzed,and it was found that the above variable factors have the most appropriate value in the process of obtaining intact fabrics during the change process.This proves that the adjustment of the drafting process of blended fabrics will have varying degrees of influence on the integrity of the fabric,and in order to find the best solution to eliminate the defects of the fabric.
