关系经济地理学视角下台湾兰花技术扩散社会网络特征分析

Analysis on the Characteristics of Social Network of Taiwan Orchid Technology Diffusion from the Perspective of Relational Economic Geography

基于关系经济地理学理论,以广东(韶关)粤台农业合作试验区兰花种植业为例,通过实地调研和访谈,探讨试验区台湾兰花技术扩散的社会网络特征。研究结果表明:第一,试验区台湾兰花技术扩散的社会网络经历了三个不同阶段即以台企为中心的扩散网络阶段、以本地兰场为中心的网络扩散阶段和以农民合作组织(兰花协会、兰花专业合作社)为中心的网络扩散阶段;第二,受根植于粤北山区独特的客家文化之影响,台湾兰花技术扩散网络特征符合关系经济地理学理论,存在一定路径依赖性的同时,亦实现了相应的路径突破:台商企业、宗族家族在兰花技术网络扩散中的作用虽较强但有减弱之趋势,农民合作组织(兰花协会、兰花专业合作社)在兰花技术网络扩散中的地位则越来越高。

Based on the theory of relational economic geography,the social network characteristics of orchid technology diffusion in the Guangdong-Taiwan agricultural cooperative zone in Shaoguan city,Guangdong province were discussed through field research and interviews.The results show that:(1)The social network of Taiwan orchid technology diffusion in the pilot area experienced three different stages,namely,the diffusion network stage centered on Taiwan enterprises,the network diffusion stage centered on local orchid farms,and the network diffusion stage centered on farmers'cooperative organizations(orchid association,orchid professional cooperative).(2)Affected by unique hakka culture rooted in North Guangdong mountain,the network characteristics of Taiwan's orchid technology diffusion conforms to the economic geography theory,there is a certain path dependence,at the same time,there is a corresponding path breakthrough:the role of Taiwan Residents enterprise and the family of the clan is strong,but it has the trend of weakening.The status of farmer cooperative organization(association of orchids,orchid professional cooperatives)in the orchid technology network spread is more and more important.
