考虑回收质量不确定的低碳闭环供应链定价决策与协调研究

摘要 在回收质量不确定的背景下,考虑碳排放量和碳税的影响,分别建立了集中决策和第三方回收的分散决策闭环供应链模型。以Stackelberg博弈论为基本方法对模型求解,分析了质量等级、质量成本系数、碳排放量和碳税对集中决策和分散决策的影响,设计了使第三方回收闭环供应链实现协调的共享契约,并通过数值仿真对所得结论进行了验证。研究表明,回收质量的提高对闭环供应链各节点企业和整个闭环供应链系统是有利的;碳排放量和碳税的提高对闭环供应链各节点企业和整个闭环供应链系统是不利的;通过共享契约,第三方回收闭环供应链可以达到协调。 In the context of uncertain recycling quality,considering the impact of carbon emissions and carbon taxes,a closed-loop supply chain model for centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making for third-party recycling was established.Using Stackelberg game theory as the basic method to solve the model,analyze the impact of quality level,quality cost coefficient,carbon emissions and carbon tax on centralized and decentralized decision-making,and design a sharing contract that enables third-party recycling closed-loop supply chains to achieve coordination.The conclusions obtained are verified by numerical simulation.Studies have shown that:the improvement of recycling quality is beneficial to the closed-loop supply chain nodes and the entire closedloop supply chain system;the increase in carbon emissions and carbon tax is detrimental to the closed-loop supply chain nodes and the entire closed-loop supply chain system;Sharing contract,third-party recycling closed-loop supply chain can achieve coordination.
