摘要
五年一贯制学前教育专业毕业生主要就业岗位是幼儿园,其整体素质有待提高。为了有效提高毕业生质量,学校可以在生源标准设定、各类课程的设置比例上进行调整,并且采取有力措施敦促教师在教育教学模式等方面尝试改革,如此可以让学生在校期间学业水平达到最大化的进步,专业素质得到尽可能的提高,为其今后在职场上的发展打下坚实基础。
The main employment position of five-year preschool education graduates is the kindergarten.In order to effectively improve the quality of the graduates,the school can adjust the setting of student source standards and the proportion of various courses,and take effective measures to urge the teachers to try to reform the education and teaching mode.In this way,the*students academic level can be maximized and their professional quality can be improved as much as possible,which will lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
