摘要
教学大赛从教学预设走向现场教学,单人作战走向团队协作,单篇设计走向整体教学,展现教师精彩走向关注教学智慧下学生成长。而教学智慧是确保教学在"预设-实施-总结"整体循环中有效促进学生成长的关键要素,是教师学科素养和教学素养的综合体现。教师在教学设计中要基于课程标准,确立科学可测的教学目标,坚持评价先行,提炼单元教学主线;在实施过程中立足学生学习,通过激活思维的现实情境、步步推进的教学结构,实现促进发展的生成教学;在课后反思中,通过提炼教学规律、整体架构思路、紧扣参赛内容、推敲文字表述,形成有利于改进教学的总结报告。
From teaching presupposition to on-the-spot teaching,from individual combat to team cooperation,from single design to overall teaching,the teaching competition also develops from showing the t*eachers brilliance to paying attention to the growth of the students under the wisdom of teaching.Thewisdom of teachingis the key element to ensure that teaching can effectively promote the*students growth in the overall cycle of"presupposition-implementation-summary",and it is the comprehensive embodiment of the t*eachers subject quality and teaching quality.In the teaching design,the teachers should establish scientific and measurable teaching objectives based on the curriculum standards,adhere to evaluation first and refine the main line of unit teaching.In the implementation process,based on the*students learning,the teachers should realize the generative teaching to promote development through activating the realistic situation of thinking and step-by-step teaching structure.In the after-school reflection,the teachers should form a summary report conducive to improving teaching through refining the teaching rules,the overall structure of ideas,close link to the content of the competition and the refined text expression.
