摘要
基于博耶、舒尔曼等人的教学学术思想,参考前人研究成果,文章构建了教学学术评价模式。通过对苏州地区三所高职院校教师教学学术发展现状的问卷调查研究,笔者收集实证数据,并通过SPSS软件对数据进行了定量分析,结果显示该三所高职院校教师的教学学术整体水平尚可,教师们普遍观念态度端正,学科专业知识扎实。基于研究结果分析,文章提出了优化教师队伍结构、加强教师队伍培训、完善教师评价制度和促进科研反哺教学四点启示,为高职院校教师发展中心职能定位和运行机制提供参考。
Based on Boyer and Schulman's teaching academic thoughts and referring to the previous research results,this paper constructs a teaching academic evaluation model.Based on the questionnaire survey of t*eachers academic development in three higher vocational colleges in Suzhou,the author collects empirical data and makes a quantitative analysis of the data through SPSS software.The results show that the overall teaching academic level of the teachers in the three higher vocational colleges is acceptable,the t*eachers general concepts and attitudes are correct,and their professional knowledge is solid.Based on the analysis of the research results,this paper puts forward four enlightenments:optimizing the structure of teachers,strengthening the training of teachers,improving the evaluation system of teachers,and promoting the scientific research,which provides reference for the functional orientation and operation mechanism of the teacher development center in higher vocational colleges.
