厦门市城市色彩管控体系构建研究

The Practice of Establishing City Color Management System in Xiamen

文章首先借助语义解析(SD)等方法采集与分析厦门市现状色彩数据,依据区域色彩对城市风貌的影响程度划定不同等级色彩管控区块,通过专家打分法明确不同色相色彩的协调区间,推导生成各色彩区块推荐色谱及管控导则。其次,提取色彩SHL参数并进行由孟塞尔色彩体系向SHL色彩体系的数字化转译,依托信息系统完成色彩自主判定及审批监管环节,形成城市色彩全流程管控体系,实现对城市色彩数字化精准管控,以保障厦门市色彩规划的落地实施。

With semantic differential method,the paper collects and studies current city color data,divides color management districts based on their impact on cityscape,defines coordination zone of different colors by expert scoring method,and derives recommended spectrum and governance rules.Then by the interpretation of Munsell’s color spectrum into digital SHL system,an information system of color judgement,approval,and surveillance is established and a full course city color governance system is formulated.It realizes precise digital management of city colors and ensures the implementation of city color planning of Xiamen city.
