新中国成立以来我国中小学教科书政策的演变 被引量:1

摘要 教科书政策作为国家教育政策的重要组成部分,反映了国家教育方针和教育目的。新中国成立以来,我国中小学教科书政策随着时代变迁而演变,经历了"一纲一本"政策阶段、"一纲多本"政策萌芽阶段、"一纲多本"政策落实阶段、"一纲多本"政策调整阶段。政策演变促进中小学教科书管理体制的形成,整体提升了中小学教科书质量,并丰富了教育政策参与者的多样性。面向未来,我国中小学教科书政策应该继续坚持正确的政策价值取向,改革和完善教科书的出版发行制度,完善教科书质量监测评价制度,完善"一纲多本"的实现形式,促进中小学教科书现代化。 As an important part of China's national education policy,textbook policy can reflect the purposes and guiding principles.Since People's Republic of China,the policies on primary and secondary school textbooks have shifted from the"one guideline and one single textbook"policy to the planning,implementation and adjustment of"one guideline and the multiple textbooks"policy.The policy evolution has contributed to the establishment of the textbook management system for primary and secondary schools.This has improved the quality of primary and secondary school textbooks and has built a more diversified team of education policy makers.In the future,China will keep its policies on primary and secondary school textbooks on the right track.China will reform and improve its publication and distribution system and upgrade its quality monitoring and assessment system for textbooks,so as to enhance the methods of implementing the policy of"one guideline and the multi-ple textbooks"and drive the modernization of primary and secondary school textbooks.
