临床医学定向生与非定向生学习现状的调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:从专业承诺、学习适应和学习倦怠三个角度分析了临床医学定向生与非定向生学习现状的差异,为针对性开展临床医学生学风建设和专业教育提供参考。方法:于2018年10月采用连榕编制的《大学生专业承诺量表》《大学生学习倦怠量表》和冯廷勇编制的《大学生学习适应问卷》对408名定向生和590名非定向生进行问卷调查。结果:非定向生的专业承诺、学习适应得分高于定向生,定向生的学习倦怠得分高于非定向生,两者在三个方面都存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。通过分析三个方面的相关性发现,专业承诺与学习适应时间存在正相关关系,专业承诺与学习倦怠之间存在负相关关系,学习适应与学习倦怠之间存在负相关关系。结论:非定向生的专业承诺、学习适应情况较定向生更高,学习倦怠情况较定向生更低。学校应重视临床医学定向生学习现状,采取措施,抓好思想教育,强化身份认同,分类开展引导,稳固专业思想,不断提高学生的专业承诺和学习适应水平,降低学习倦怠,提高人才培养质量。 Purpose:To analyze the differences between the learning status of students with and without orientation in clinical medicine from the perspectives of professional commitment,learning adaptation and learning burnout,so as to provide reference for the construction of clinical medical students’learning style and professional education.Methods:in October 2018,408 directional students and 590 non-directional students were surveyed by the scale of college students’professional commitment,college students’learning burnout scale and college students’learning adaptation questionnaire,which were compiled by Lian Rong and Feng Tingyong.Results:the scores of professional commitment,learning adaptation and learning burnout of non-directional students were higher than that of directional students,and the scores of learning burnout of directional students were higher than that of non-directional students.There were statistical differences between the two in three aspects(P<0.05).By analyzing the correlation of three aspects,it is found that there is a positive correlation between professional commitment and learning adaptation time,a negative correlation between professional commitment and learning burnout,and a negative correlation between learning adaptation and learning burnout.Conclusion:non-directional students have higher professional commitment and learning adaptation,and lower learning burnout than directional students.Schools should attach importance to the study status of clinical medicine oriented students,take measures to pay attention to ideological education,strengthen identity identity,carry out guidance by classification,stabilize professional ideas,continuously improve students’professional commitment and learning adaptation level,reduce learning burnout,and improve the quality of talent training.
