普通高校思想政治理论课分类教学初探

摘要 高校思想政治课教学肩负着"培养什么样的人"的历史使命,实施分类教学是提高教学实效的有效途径。分类教学既具有丰富的理论依据,又是提高教学效果的现实要求。实施分类教学,要根据不同学生的知识基础、学科背景,有针对性地确定具体的教学目标、教学内容,采用不同的教学方法,实施不同的评价机制,构建与之相适应的教学队伍。 The teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in universities shoulders the historical mission of"what kind of people to train",and implementing classified teaching is an effective way to improve teaching effectiveness.Classified teaching not only has a rich theoretical basis,but also a realistic requirement to improve the teaching effect.To implement classified teaching,it is necessary to determine specific teaching objectives and teaching content.Besides,according to the knowledge base and subject background of different students,adopting different teaching methods,implementing different evaluation mechanisms,and building a suitable teaching team are also important.
