摘要
目的:考察中医药院校女性教师幸福感与社会支持之间的关系,以及自尊在女性教师幸福感与社会支持中的中介作用。方法:应用量表对199名女性教师进行测查。结果:社会支持、主观支持维度、客观支持维度、支持利用度维度与女性教师幸福感呈正相关关系。社会支持通过自尊,对幸福感的精力、忧郁或愉快心境、情感和行为控制、松弛与紧张焦虑等四个维度产生影响,对幸福感的健康担心、生活满足和兴趣等两个维度没有影响。结论:专业与自尊成正相关,学历与幸福感成负相关,年收入与社会支持成正相关。社会支持与幸福感呈正相关关系。自尊在幸福感和社会支持之间起部分中介作用。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between well-being and social support of female teachers in colleges and universities of Chinese Medicine.,and the Mediating Role of Self-esteem in Female Teachers’well-being and Social Support.Methods:199 female teachers were tested with the scale.Results:Social support,subjective support,objective support and support utilization are positively correlated with female teachers’well-being.Social support,through self-esteem,influences four dimensions of well-being:energy,depression or pleasure,emotional and behavioral control,relaxation and tension and anxiety.There were no effects on the two dimensions of well-being:health worries,life satisfaction and interest.Conclusion:Professional and self-esteem are positively correlated,academic qualifications are negatively correlated with well-being,and annual income is positively correlated with social support.Social support is positively correlated with well-being.Self-esteem partially mediates well-being and social support.
