摘要
预防井巷施工过程中突发大量涌水,从而引起水灾,是矿山施工安全管理过程中防治水的主要目的。透水事故虽然发生频次较低,但事故造成的危害往往比触电、机械、顶板等原因引起的事故严重。通过阐述某竖井施工过程中,严格按照“有疑必探,先探后掘”的原则,通过合理谋划,科学设计,根据实施方案利用钻机积极开展超前探水工作,可有效确保施工的安全有序开展,同时可提高竖井施工效率。
Preventing a large amount of sudden water gushing during shaft construction from causing floods is the main purpose of water prevention and control during mine construction safety management.Although the frequency of flooding accidents is relatively low,the hazards caused by accidents are often more serious than those caused by electric shock,machinery,roof and other reasons.This paper expounds that in the construction process of a vertical shaft,in strict accordance with the principle of“exploring when there is doubt,exploring first and then excavating”,through reasonable planning and scientific design,and actively exploring water ahead of time by drilling rigs according to the implementation scheme,the safe and orderly construction can be effectively ensured,and the construction efficiency of the vertical shaft can be improved at the same time.
