贵州某萤石重晶石矿石浮选分离试验研究

摘要 根据贵州某萤石重晶石矿石性质,进行了一系列的工艺流程选择以及浮选条件试验。在试验室确定的最优磨矿细度-0.074 mm 65%条件下,采用选择性高、抑制能力强的抑制剂YZ-1和YZ-2,进行闭路试验。最终闭路试验获得了CaF 2品位97.65%、CaF 2回收率88.41%;重晶石精矿BaSO 4品位91.05%、BaSO 4回收率88.95%,实现了萤石和重晶石的综合回收。 According to the properties of certain fluorite barite ore in Guizhou,a series of process selection and flotation condition tests were carried out.Under the condition of 65%-0.074 mm optimal grinding fineness determined by the laboratory,the closed circuit test was carried out with the inhibitors YZ-1 and YZ-2 with high selectivity and strong inhibition ability.In the final closed circuit test,CaF 2 with the grade of 97.65%and CaF 2 with the recovery rate of 88.41%were obtained;for barite concentrate,the grade of BaSO 4 is 91.05%and the recovery rate of BaSO 4 is 88.95%,which realized the comprehensive recovery of fluorite and barite.
