研究高压辊磨预处理对赤铁精矿造球和焙烧性能的影响,使原料产生新的裂纹,提高原料细度,增加比表面积,成球性能指数改善,结晶强度提高,并且对原始粒度粗的原料改善效果更显著。随着安徽精代澳洲磁铁精配比的增加,生球和焙烧球质量提高;随着巴西精和加拿大精配比的增加,生球和焙烧球质量下降,巴西精30%、加拿大精10%以上时显著下降;高压辊磨后的安徽精可替代性能好、但高硅高价的澳洲精,从而降低成本并改善球团矿质量。

Study the effect of high-pressure roller mill pretreatment on the pelletizing and roasting performance of hematite concentrate,which will cause new cracks in the raw material,increase the fineness of the raw material,increase the specific surface area,improve the pelletizing performance index,and increase the crystal strength.The improvement effect of coarse-grained raw materials is more significant.With the increase of the proportioning ratio of Anhui Jingdai Australian magnetite concentrate,the quality of green balls and roasted balls has improved;with the increase of the proportioning ratios of Brazil concentrate and Canada concentrate,the quality of green balls and roasted balls has decreased,with Brazilian concentrate of above 30%and Canadian concentrate of above 10%,the quality of green balls and roasted balls is significantly reduced;Anhui concentrate after high-pressure roller milling can replace Australian concentrate with good performance but high silicon and high price,thereby reducing the cost and improving the pellet quality.
