Application of COD removal methods in deep treatment of industrial wastewater

摘要 本文采用单一絮凝法、芬顿氧化法、臭氧氧化法或两种方法联用深度处理已经过初步处理的电镀厂污水,进一步降低污水的COD,计算COD去除率.结果表明:单一方法所能达到的COD去除率明显低于两种方法联用.利用絮凝结合芬顿氧化法,当絮凝剂选用聚合氯化铝(PAC),芬顿试剂的投料比为n(H2O2/Fe2+)=3时,污水的COD由1515 mg/L降到了103 mg/L,COD去除率为93.2%.而利用臭氧氧化结合芬顿氧化法,臭氧通入时间为1 h时,污水的COD去除率高达96.8%,此时水样的COD值为48 mg/L,达到了国家排放标准. In this paper,the single methods of flocculation,Fenton oxidation,ozone oxidation or combination of two methods were used to deeply treat the industrial wastewater that has been preliminarily treated,further reduce the COD of sewage and calculate the removal rate of COD.The results show that the COD removal rate by a single method was distinctly lower than those by combination of two methods.The COD of the wastewater can be reduced from 1515 mg/L to 103 mg/L and the COD removal rate was 93.2%when flocculation combining with Fenton oxidation method was used,where polyaluminum chloride(PAC)was selected as the flocculant and the dosage ratio of the Fenton reagent was n(H2O2/Fe2+)=3.By using ozone oxidation combined with Fenton oxidation method,the COD removal rate of the sewage was as high as 96.8%when the ozone was blowing for 1 h.At this time,the COD value of the wastewater can reach 48 mg/L,which meets the national emission standard.
