新冠肺炎疫情背景下中小城市旅游形象恢复与市场振兴研究——以河南驻马店为例

摘要 科学研判此次新冠肺炎疫情对我国中小城市旅游行业带来的冲击,正确看待疫情下旅游业的"危"与"机"及疫后修复,基于旅游目的地形象理论及形象修复策略,分析疫情后期的旅游形象恢复及市场振兴策略,可以为引领旅游业渡过难关提供理论支撑和智力支持。 In this thesis,we try to scientifically study and judge the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism industry in small and medium-sized cities in China,and try to correctly treat the"crisis"and"opportunity"in tourism industry under the pandemic and the restoration after the pandemic.Based on the theory of tourism destination image and the strategy of image restoration,this thesis analyzes the restoration of tourism image and market revitalization strategy in the later period of pandemic,and ouranalysis may provide theoretical and intellectual support for tourism business to go through the difficulties.
