根据党的十九大精神,新时代要自觉化解当前现实中仍存在的"理论、学术和实践"相互分离及主体性不强的状况,因此要把马克思主义理论建设、中国特色哲学社会科学建设、中国特色新型智库建设统一起来。为此,文科博士论文应顺应时代要求,做到政论、学论和策论三结合,即以政论作为其选题依据,凸显其责任担当、问题意识和理论自觉;以学论作为论文主体,凸显其科学精神、人文理想和认知高度;以策论作为论述重点,凸显其研究目的、实践智慧和应用价值。这既体现了马克思主义社会科学方法论的具体运用,又体现了中国特色社会主义文化建设的时代进路,还体现了新时代社会对文科博士生培养的能力期待和素养要求。

According to the spirit of the 19 th national congress of the Communist Party of China,in this new era we should consciously resolve the problem of the separation of"theory,academy,and practice"and weak subjectivity in current situation.So,it is necessary to unify the construction of Marxism theory,the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,the doctoral thesis in liberal arts should conform to the requirements of the time,and combine political theory,academic theory and strategic theory in the thesis.Political theory can be taken as the basis of its topic selection,which highlights the author’s responsibility,problem consciousness,and theoretical awareness;academic theory should be taken as the main body of the thesis,which highlights the author’s scientific spirit,humanistic ideal and cognitive height;and strategic theory as the emphasis of the statement,which highlights the author’s research purpose,practical wisdom and application value.This requirement not only reflects the concrete application of Marxist social science methodology,but also reflects the way towards the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,as well as the social expectation for the cultivation of liberal arts doctoral students and their literacy requirements in this new era.
