The network ideological work in universities is an important part of the party’s ideological work,and occupies an important position in the overall work of the party and the country.In this new media era,we should strengthen the leadership and right of speech in the network ideological work in universities,clarify the responsibility of leadership and subject,and set up the system and mechanism with clear responsibility of network ideological work in universities,so as to resolve the problems such as"who to do?","how to do?",and"what if not doing well?"in the network ideological work in universities.These efforts will be of great theoretical and practical significance to implement in-depth General Secretary Xi Jinping’s discussion on network ideology,promote the mainstream network ideology education,purify the cyberspace environment in universities,and establish systematically the comprehensive evaluation system for the responsibility of network ideology in universities.
