摘要
以Al-Cu合金作为实验材料,开展了振荡磁场在电磁模铸的应用研究,研究了振荡磁场对于铸锭组织及元素偏析的影响规律。结果表明:振荡磁场产生的振荡与强制对流作用能够有效地控制铸锭的凝固过程,获得均匀细小的等轴晶组织,晶粒平均尺寸为239.37μm。振荡磁场能有效影响合金元素在铸锭中的分布,具有改善合金元素偏析的作用。
In this paper,Al-Cu alloy was used as the experimental material to study the effect of oscillating magnetic field in electromagnetic die casting.The influence of oscillating magnetic field on the ingot structure and element segregation was studied.The results show that the oscillation and forced convection produced by the oscillating magnetic field can effectively control the solidification process of the ingot.It obtained a uniform and fine equiaxed crystal structure.The average grain size is 239.37μm.The oscillating magnetic field can effectively affect the distribution of alloying elements in the ingot,and has the effect on improving the segregation of alloying elements.
