摘要
针对特高压气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)在苏通GIL综合管廊工程中的应用,介绍特高压GIL的结构特点,分析特高压GIL的主要技术参数、型式试验及出厂试验性能要求,提出一种可以有效提升特高压GIL气体密封试验效率的局部扣罩动态真空正压氦检漏法。此外,介绍一种四工位绝缘试验倒换工装及一种满足特高压GIL标准雷电冲击耐受电压试验要求的SF6气体绝缘罐式冲击电压发生器,配合SF6气体绝缘罐式变压器,特高压GIL出厂绝缘试验时间减少到传统方式的1/4,为GIL的大规模应用提供参考。
Based on the application of UHV gas-insulated metal-enclosed transmission line(GIL)in the Sutong GIL Utility Tunnel Project, this paper firstly introduces the structural characteristics of UHV GIL, and analyzes its main technical parameters, type test and performance requirements for ex-factory test. And then a partial buckle dynamic vacuum positive-pressure helium leak detection method is proposed, which can effectively improve the efficiency of the UHV GIL gas sealing test. In addition, a four-station insulation test switching tool and a SF6 gas-insulated tank-type impulse voltage generator that meets the requirements of the UHV GIL standard lightning impulse voltage withstand test are introduced. The time for ex-factory insulation test of the UHV GIL is reduced to 1/4 of the traditional method. The testing practice introduced in this paper can provide a reference for the large-scale application of GIL.
