330 kV输电线路钻越塔型式选择研究

摘要 随着超(特)高压输电线路的不断发展,新建线路往往需要对已建成线路进行钻越,对于钻越塔的型式选择研究迫在眉睫。采用铁塔专业设计软件SmartTower对330 kV等呼高的干字型、门型和酒杯型输电铁塔进行对比研究,分析了铁塔自重、基础受力、结构模态及杆件受力。研究结果表明:各型式输电铁塔在受到外部荷载作用时,X方向易折断且上部结构容易发生扭转;干字型塔的用钢量最小,门型塔的基础受力最小;门型塔杆件受力最合理。综合考虑各种因素,门型钻越塔的力学性能与经济性较好,可为工程应用提供参考。 With the continuous development of EHV(UHV)transmission lines,new lines often need to drill through the built lines,so it is urgent to study the type of crossing towers.In this paper,the tower design software SmartTower is used to conduct a comparative study on the 330 kV transmission towers with equal call height of“干”type,door-shaped tower and glass-shaped tower.The structural mode,tower weight,foundation stress and force of the members are analyzed.The research results show that each type of transmission tower is easy to break in X direction and the upper structure is easy to twist when subjected to external load,the steel consumption of“干”type tower is the minimum,the foundation stress of door-shaped tower is the minimum and the members of portal tower is the most reasonable force.The mechanical properties and economy of door-shaped tower drilling tower are better,which can provide reference for engineering application.
