摘要
对超高超长超限混凝土现浇结构施工进行了分析,从采用传统钢管扣件式脚手架作为支模体系,钢管壁厚不均匀,抗压、抗弯强度不足,钢管脚手架超高搭设稳定性不足,施工危险性极大,易引发坍塌事故,造成严重后果等方面进行了论述,提出了采用钢托支模架体系代替钢管架作为此超高、超长、超限模板施工支模体系的施工方法,进行了钢胎架间距、水平间距的合理优化,并处理好复杂受力情况下钢结构变形及支撑受力问题的研究,达到了满足施工、受力、成本、工期等的控制要求的效果,解决了单层建筑高度高、局部空间大、承载较大荷载的结构的现浇混凝土建筑施工难度大的问题。
In the construction of super high,long and over limit concrete cast-in-place structure,the traditional steel pipe fastener scaffold is used as the formwork system,the wall thickness of steel pipe is not uniform,and the compressive strength and bending strength are insufficient.The stability of super high erection of steel pipe scaffold is insufficient,and the construction risk is great,which is easy to cause construction collapse and cause serious consequences.Therefore,the steel support formwork system is used instead of the steel pipe frame as the formwork support system for the ultra-high,super long and over limit formwork construction,reasonable optimization of steel jig frame spacing and horizontal spacing,and deal with steel structure deformation and support stress under complex stress conditions,through analysis and summary,the construction technology of forming complete steel structure support system in super high and over limit structure is formed.
