摘要
结合高林学校建筑工程项目,深入研究了沉降后浇带施工技术难点问题,分析了超前止水沉降后浇带施工技术原理,并系统性阐述了基础垫层找平、铺设超前止水钢板、绑扎钢筋与模板支护、底板混凝土浇筑、外墙后浇带施工、超前止水后浇带施工等环节施工技术要点。经该工程实践证明,超前止水沉降后浇带施工技术能够有效缩短施工周期,降低施工成本,提高工程项目施工经济效益和技术要求,具有良好的应用推广价值。
Combined with the construction project of Gaolin school,this paper deeply studies the construction technical difficulties of settlement post cast strip,analyzes the construction technology principle of advanced water stop settlement post pouring belt,and systematically expounds the foundation cushion leveling,laying advanced water stop steel plate,binding reinforcement and formwork support,bottom plate concrete pouring,external wall post pouring belt construction,advanced water stop post pouring belt construction,etc.key points of construction technology are saved.The practice of this project proves that the construction technology of advanced water stop settlement post cast strip can effectively shorten the construction period,reduce the construction cost,improve the economic benefits and technical requirements of the project construction,and has good application and promotion value.
