随着南京市过江通道的大力建设,南京市公共工程建设中心承担的在建过江通道任务重,为了确保建设质量和安全,创新管理模式,引入第三方质量安全中心来协助建设单位加强管理。以在建过江通道第三方质量安全中心为例,阐述了其在现场管理的定位和主要工作内容,分析了优缺点,并就提高质量安全管理效果提出意见和建议,以期更进一步提高管理效果。

With the great efforts in constructing the Yangzi river channel in Nanjing,Nanjing public project construction center undertakes the heavy construction task of the Yangzi river channel.In order to ensure the construction quality and safety,the third party quality and safety center is introduced to assist the construction unit to strengthen the management,which is innovated the management mode.Taking the third party quality and safety center as an example,this paper expounds its on-site management positioning and main work contents,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward opinions and suggestions on improving the quality and safety management effect,so as to improve the management effect in further.
