摘要
以某核电厂工作频率为25 Hz,单机容量为1200 MW的汽轮发电机组的支撑结构为研究对象。选用空间三点激振的方法对柱顶隔振的汽机支撑结构1/10的缩尺模型进行动力特性试验,测得该支撑结构的自振频率、阻尼比和振型。分析表明,采用柱顶隔振的措施可以使汽机支撑结构的自振频率明显降低,动力特性相对良好,能够满足实际工程的要求。试验结果为汽机支撑结构进行优化设计提供参考。
The supporting structure of a steam turbine generator set with a working frequency of 25Hz and a single capacity of 1200MW was studied.The dynamic characteristic test of 1/10 scale model of turbine support structure with vibration isolation on the top of column is carried out by using spatial three-point excitation method,the natural vibration frequency,damping ratio and vibration mode of the support structure are measured.The analysis shows that,the vibration frequency of the supporting structure can be reduced obviously by the vibration isolation of the column top,the dynamic characteristics are relatively good,which can meet the actual engineering requirements.The test results provide a reference for the optimum design of the supporting structure of the turbine.
