高层框剪结构中石材幕墙、GRC装饰构件及EPS装饰板工程质量鉴定

Engineering Quality Appraisal of Stone Curtain Wall,GRC Decorative Components and EPS Decorative Panel in High-rise Frame-shear Wall Structure

为减少装饰构件脱落、破损等引起的安全隐患,结合实际工程案例,深入研究建筑外装饰构件在施工和安装过程中的技术控制难点,引入高层框剪结构中石材幕墙、GRC装饰构件及EPS装饰板的工程质量鉴定过程及方法,介绍了连接构造做法调查、抗拔试验、承载力计算等鉴定过程,剖析了外装饰构件存在缺陷的主要原因:装饰构件与基层连接做法不满足图纸及规范要求,装饰板与粘接界面存在连通空腔,固定用通丝胀栓施工质量不满足要求。通过鉴定结果为下一步维修处理提供数据支持,同时该质量鉴定方法及过程为使用方处理建筑外装饰构件安全隐患问题提供参考。

In order to reduce the hidden danger caused by falling off and damage of decorative components,combined with practical engineering cases,the technical control difficulties in the process of construction and installation of building external decoration components are deeply studied.The process and methods of engineering quality identification of stone curtain wall,GRC decorative components and EPS decorative plate in high-rise frame shear wall structure are introduced,the connection structure investigation,uplift test and bearing capacity meter are introduced,and the main reasons for the defects of the exterior decoration components are analyzed.The connection between the decorative components and the base course does not meet the requirements of the drawings and specifications,there is a cavity between the decorative plate and the bonding interface,and the construction quality of the fixed through wire expansion bolt does not meet the requirements.At the same time,the quality identification method and process can provide reference for users to deal with the hidden safety problems of building exterior decoration components.
