摘要
通过变换不同溶液浓度处理活性炭、并进行不同添加量研究了改良活性炭对Cu离子浓度消除率的影响,结果表明:不同化学溶液处理后的活性炭都随着添加量的提高,Cu离子的消除率而提升。随着处理活性炭的化学试剂浓度的增加,高锰酸钾处理后的活性炭与氢氧化钠处理后的活性炭对Cu离子的消除率提升,而对于硝酸处理后的活性炭,当添加量为4%、8%时,Cu离子的最高去除率时浓硝酸的浓度为40%,当添加量为2%时,40%浓度的硝酸改良后的活性炭对Cu离子的去除率最低;建议在实际处理活性炭时,采用高锰酸钾溶液处理,可更加有效、明显的提高活性炭对Cu离子的消除率。
The effect of modified activated carbon on the removal rate of Cu ion concentration was studied by changing the concentration of activated carbon and adding different amount of activated carbon.The results showed that the removal rate of Cu ion increased with the increase of the addition amount of activated carbon.With the increase of the concentration of chemical reagent,the removal rate of Cu+in the activated carbon treated by potassium permanganate and sodium hydroxide is increased.For the activated carbon treated with nitric acid,when the addition amount is 4%and 8%,the highest removal rate of Cu ion is 40%with concentrated nitric acid concentration.When the addition amount is 2%,the modified activated carbon with 40%concentration of nitric acid can separate Cu.It is suggested that potassium permanganate solution should be used in the actual treatment of activated carbon,which can effectively and significantly improve the removal rate of Cu ions by activated carbon.
