高校管理人员在职学历教育状况之调查研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对全国1182名高校管理人员的调查研究后发现:我国高校管理人员在职攻读更高一级学位的意愿强烈,但是在职攻读更高一级学位尤其是博士学位的机会不多;不同学历层次和不同类型高校的管理人员在攻读更高一级学位的意愿、机会和学位类型方面不存在显著性差异;不同职务的高校管理人员在攻读更高一级学位的意愿和机会上存在显著性差异。在调查研究的基础上,建议从扩大高等教育管理专业学位的种类和规模、完善职业资格和专业学位之间的衔接制度、加强高等教育管理专业学生的职业实践能力培养三个方面入手,不断提升高校管理人员的专业化水平。 A survey of 1182 university administrators nationwide has found out that while they have a strong desire to pursue a higher degree,but university administrators do not have many opportunities to do so,especially to study for a doctoral degree;that there is no notable difference in the willingness,opportunity and degree type among administrators of different academic levels and from different types of universities;but that there are significant differences in the willingness and opportunity among administrators of different posi-tions.Based on this survey,the author suggests universities improve the professionalization level of their admin-istrators by expanding the types and scale of higher education management major,improving the connection system between professional qualification and academic degree,and enhancing the professional practice ability cultivation of higher education management majors.
