3种诱抗剂防治芒果细菌性黑斑病试验初报 被引量:3

摘要 为了明确氨基寡糖素、阿泰灵和禾之壮等3种诱抗剂对芒果细菌性黑斑病的诱导抗病作用。首先以乙蒜素为对照,评估了3种诱抗剂对芒果细菌性黑斑病病原菌的抑菌作用,并通过田间试验测定了3种诱抗剂对芒果细菌性黑斑病的防治效果。结果表明:3种诱抗剂均没有抑制芒果细菌性黑斑病病原菌生长的作用。田间防效测定结果中阿泰灵的防效最好,平均防效为63.01%;其次是禾之壮和氨基寡糖素,平均防效为62.32%和56.84%。本研究为芒果细菌性黑斑病的诱抗防病研究提供了理论依据和技术支持。 The purpose of this study was to clarify the induction effect of three kinds of inducers,including amino-oligosaccharide,Atailing and Hezhizhuang on mango bacterial black spot.Firstly,the bacteriostatic effects of three inducers on mango bacterial black spot were evaluated,by selecting ethylicin as a positive control.In addition,the control effects of three inducers against mango bacterial black spot were determined by field experiments.The results showed that none of the three inducers inhibited the growth of mango bacterial black spot pathogen.The results of field control showed that Atailing had the best control effect,with an average control effect of 63.01%,followed by Hezhizhuang and amino oligosaccharide,with average control effects of 62.32%and 56.84%,respectively.This study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the study of using inducer to prevent mango bacterial black spot.
