玄武岩纤维增强聚合物锚杆用于边坡支护工程之研究现状 被引量:7

摘要 随着新型复合材料的快速兴起,玄武岩纤维增强聚合物(basalt fiber reinforced polymer,BFRP)锚杆因其抗拉强度高、比重轻、耐腐蚀、绝缘性好等优点快速进入人们的视野。概述了近二十年以来中外对BFRP筋的基本物理力学性质以及其在边坡支护工程中的研究进展。重点从以下两个方面进行阐述:①根据前人所做的室内拉拔试验和现场试验,总结分析BFRP筋的抗拉强度、弹性模量、黏结强度、耐腐蚀等技术指标,对安全系数、支护设计等相关参数的选取进行了归纳总结;②通过现场试验与传统金属锚杆的支护效果进行对比分析,论证了BFRP锚杆取代金属锚杆的可行性与先进性。在综合已有试验和数值模拟结果的基础上,对BFRP锚杆在边坡加固工程的应用现状进行总结并提出针对性的建议,为BFRP锚杆在岩土工程的发展提供了新思路。 With the new composite materials flourishing,basalt fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP)anchors are widely used in geotechnical engineering thanks to its high tensile strength,light weight,corrosion resistance,and good insulation.The basic physical,mechanical properties and research progress of BFRP bars in slope support engineering in the past two decades were summarized.The focuses were on the following.①Based on the indoor pull-out test and field test made by the predecessors,the technical indicators of BFRP bars such as tensile strength,elastic modulus,bond strength,and corrosion resistance etc.were summarized and analyzed.The selection of relevant parameters such as safety factor and support design were summarized.②The support effect of traditional metal anchors was compared and analyzed through field test,and the feasibility and advanced nature of BFRP anchors to replace metal anchors were demonstrated.The application status of BFRP anchors in slope reinforcement projects,the existing test results and numerical simulation results were summarized.The specific suggestions of the BFRP application and research were given.The results provided new ideas for the development of BFRP anchors in geotechnical engineering.
