两种粒径脱水污泥降解效率的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 为考察粒径对污泥降解效率的影响,将含水率为73.6%脱水污泥分别制成4.5 mm和14.5mm粒径的污泥,研究了污泥60天降解过程中pH、电导率(EC)、有机质(OM)和溶解性有机碳(DOC)理化指标及微生物碳量(MBC)及脱氢酶活性(DHA)的变化。实验结果表明,相比大粒径污泥,小粒径污泥EC显著增加,OM显著减小,表明小粒径污泥降解效率高于大粒径污泥。两种粒径污泥MBC均下降,且小粒径污泥MBC显著低于大粒径。相关分析表明,污泥MBC与OM呈显著正相关性。DHA与DOC同步变化,小粒径污泥DOC始终低于大粒径结果表明,4.5 mm粒径的脱水污泥的降解效率高于14.5 mm粒径。 In order to investigate the effects of particle size on the sludge degradation,the dewatered sludge with 73.6%water content was pelletized into 4.5 mm and 14.5 mm particles,and pH,electrical conductivity(EC),organic matter(OM)and soluble organic carbon(DOC)physical and chemical indexes and microbial carbon(MBC)and the change of dehydrogenase activity(DHA)during the sludge degradation process of 60 days were studied.The results indicated that compared with large particle size sludge,small particle size sludge EC significantly increased and OM significantly decreased,indicating that the degradation efficiency of small particle size sludge is higher than that of large particle size sludge.The MBC of the two kinds of sludge with particle size decreased,and the MBC of the sludge with small particle size was significantly lower than that with large particle size.The correlation analysis showed that sludge MBC and OM showed significant positive correlation.DHA and DOC changed synchronously,and DOC of sludge with small particle size was always lower than that with large particle size.The results showed that the degradation efficiency of dehydrated sludge with 4.5mm particle size was higher than that with 14.5mm particle size.
