摘要
双重预防机制涉及安全风险管控和隐患排查治理两个方面,这一体系的建设是落实铁路运输企业主体责任、遏制生产安全事故的重要举措。文章就铁路运输企业如何开展双重预防机制的体系建设,实现风险管控和隐患排查与治理的层层防范,对企业的安全生产管理进行全面的水平提升提出建议。
The dual prevention mechanism involves security risk management and the treatment of hidden danger.The construction of this system is an important measure to implement the main responsibility of railway transport enterprises and curb production safety accidents.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the system construction of dual prevention mechanism in railway transportation enterprises,so as to realize the multi-level prevention of risk control and hidden danger screening and management,and to comprehensively improve the level of safety production management in enterprises.
