“00后”大学生法治思维培育路径研究——以安徽省T高校为例

Research on the Cultivation Path of“Post-millennial Generation”College Students’Legal Thinking——Taking T University in Anhui Province as an Example

法治思维就是用法律作为判断是非正确的准则,它要求崇尚法治、尊重法律,善于运用法律手段解决问题和推进工作。它是理性的处事思维方式,是"00后"大学生成长成才的重要保证。对铜陵某高校"00后"大学生的法治思维进行调查研究,发现"00后"大学生存在法治意识淡薄、缺乏法治思维意识等问题。在此基础上,提出加大法律知识普及力度、发挥不同主体作用等培育大学生法治思维的路径。

The rule of law thinking is to use law as a criterion to judge right and wrong.It requires advocating the rule of law,respecting the law,and being good at solving problems and promoting work by using legal means.It is a rational way of thinking and an important guarantee for the growth and success of"post-millennial generation"college students.Through the investigation and research on the legal thinking of the"post-millennial generation"college students in Tongling,it is found that the"post-millennial generation"college students have weak awareness of the rule of law and lack of legal thinking consciousness.On this basis,this paper puts forward some ways to cultivate college students’legal thinking,such as strengthening the popularization of legal knowledge and giving full play to the role of different subjects.
