体验式教学在“大学生心理健康”课中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 在当今社会中,有各种各样的压力伴随着人们的生活。大学生虽然身处校园,可同样有各种各样的压力困扰着他们。因此,大学生的心理健康状况不容乐观,有许多大学生已经出现了心理危机。这种危机可能会影响到他们的学业与生活,甚至危及到他们的生命。大学生心理健康教育已经受到世界的广泛关注,大学生心理健康教育课程已经融入到各个高校的课程体系中。将体验式教学的方法代入到大学生心理健康课程中,对体验式教学的概念、优点,以及在大学生心理健康教育课程中的应用进行分析,对大学生心理健康教育的发展有着不可忽视的理论作用和实践作用。 In today’s society,there are all kinds of pressures accompanying people’s life.Although college students live on campus,they are also troubled by various pressures.Therefore,the mental health status of college students is not optimistic.Many college students have appeared psychological crisis.This kind of crisis may affect their study and life,even endanger their lives.College students’mental health education has been widely concerned in the world,and college students’mental health education courses have been integrated into the curriculum system of various colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the concept,advantages and application of experiential teaching in college students’mental health education courses by integrating experiential teaching method into college students’mental health courses,which plays an important role in theory and practice in the development of mental health education for college students.
