绘画团体辅导对大学生心理健康水平及应对方式的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Painting Group Counseling on the Mental Health Level and Coping Style of College Students

摘要 为了探讨绘画团体辅导对医学生心理健康水平及应对方式的影响,并进一步将绘画团体辅导运用于大学生心理健康教育工作中,在广州市某医药类本科院校随机选取大学生20人,并随机分为干预组和对照组,每组10人,采用实验组和对照组前后测的实验设计,实验组进行绘画团体辅导干预,以《大学生人际关系综合诊断量表》为评估工具。结果显示,绘画团体辅导后,实验组被试心理健康总分低于前测(z=-3.331,p<0.05),应对方式量表解决问题维度得分低于前测(z=-2.288,p<0.05)。最后得出结论,绘画团体辅导能提升大学生心理健康水平和解决问题的能力。 This study aims to explore the influence of painting group counseling on mental health level and coping style of medical students,and further apply painting group counseling to mental health education of college students.Methods:20 college students were enrolled in a medical college in Guangzhou.They were randomly divided into two groups:intervention group and control group.Each group consisted of 10 students.The experimental group was designed with the pretest and post test of the experimental group and control group.The experimental group was intervened with painting group guidance.The Comprehensive Diagnosis Scale of College Students’Interpersonal Relationship was used as the evaluation tool.Results:after group counseling,the total score of mental health in experimental group was lower than that in pretest(z=-3.331,P<0.05),and the score of problem-solving dimension in coping style scale was lower than that in pretest(z=-2.288,P<0.05).Conclusion:painting group counseling can improve the mental health level and problem-solving ability of college students.
