基于图书馆精神的当代大学生德育研究——以铜仁学院图书馆为例

Research on the Moral Education of Contemporary College Students Based on the Library Spirit——Taking Tongren University Library as an Example

图书馆是开展大学生德育工作的基本阵地,是推动学生全面发展的重要载体,同时也是新时代背景下满足现代教育发展需求的基础设施。而图书馆精神是融合图书馆文化与价值观的特殊意识形态,能够通过日常性工作,改变青年学生群体的思想动态与行为规范,使学生能够根据图书馆精神的引导,树立正确的价值观。因此,可以说图书馆精神是院校开展德育工作的主要力量,能够通过潜隐性的教学方式,提升学生的道德品质,适应现代社会快速发展的需求。结合图书馆精神的概念界定,明确图书馆精神在德育工作中的作用,以铜仁学院图书馆为例,探析德育工作现状及应对策略。

The library is the basic position of college students’moral education work,an important carrier to promote the all-round development of students,and also an infrastructure to meet the development needs of modern education in the new era.The library spirit is a special ideology that integrates library culture and values,which can change the ideological dynamics and behavior norms of young student groups through daily work,and make students establish correct values according to the guidance of the library spirit.Therefore,it can be said that the library spirit is the main force of moral education in colleges and universities.It can improve the moral quality of students through implicit teaching methods and meet the needs of the rapid development of modern society.Based on the definition of library spirit,this paper clarifies the role of the library spirit in moral education work.Taking Tongren College Library as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of moral education work and the corresponding strategies.
