中美社区教育管理体制比较研究——基于“结构—功能主义”的理论分析框架 被引量:1

摘要 社区教育的管理体制是提升社区教育质量的根本保障。目前,我国社区教育管理体制存在体制尚不健全、各部门分工不明确、缺乏专门的管理机构等诸多问题,这些问题严重影响了我国社区教育的发展。为了优化社区教育管理体制,提高社区教育质量,以中美两国社区教育管理体制为研究目标,利用"结构—功能"主义理论方法,探索中美两国社区教育体制在经济、政治、社会整合和文化模式维持系统方面的共性与差异,为进一步优化我国社区教育管理体制提供相关建议。 Community education administrative system is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of community education.At present,there are many problems in community education administrative system,such as the imperfect system,the unclear division of institutions,and the lack of specialized management institutions,which have seriously affected the development of community education in our country.In order to optimize the community education administrative system and improve the quality of community education,this paper takes the community education administrative system in China and the United States as the research objective,and uses the theory of"Structural-Functionalism"to explore the similarities and differences in the economic,political,social integration and cultural model maintenance system of China and the United States,so as to put forward suggestions of further optimizing the community education administrative system in China.
