大学开展体育活动应重视学生体育兴趣的培养——山东商业职业技术学院学生体育兴趣调查与分析

Attention Should Be Paid to the Cultivation of Students’Interest in Sports in University Sports Activities--Investigation of Sports Interests of Students in Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology

一般来说,所谓体育兴趣表示的是积极从事和积极开展与体育相关的各类活动的内心倾向性与可能性,它是一种和体育活动有着紧密联系的人类主观思想活动。采用包括文献资料法、数据统计法等多项相关的研究方法,对山东商业职业技术学院的各级学生在体育兴趣方面的基本情况进行调研与分析论证。通过调查分析发现,培养体育兴趣能够有效地提升大学生开展体育活动的热情,增强自信心,提高学习兴趣。

Generally speaking,the sports interest represents the inner tendency and possibility of actively engaging in and actively carrying out various sports related activities.It is a human subjective ideological activity closely related to sports activities.This paper uses a number of related research methods,including literature study,data statistics and other related research methods to investigate and analyze the basic situation of students at all levels in Shangdong Institute of Commerce and Technology.According to the investigation and analysis,it is found that through the cultivation of sports interest,college students can effectively promote the enthusiasm of sports activities,enhance self-confidence,and improve learning interest.
