基于TPB模型的大学生创业意愿影响因素研究

The Influential Factors of University Students’Entrepseneurial Intention Based on TPB Model

本文基于TPB理论模型,以954份大学生创业意愿影响因素调研数据为研究样本,运用主成分分析法及有序Logit模型从主观规范、感知行为控制、创业态度三个变量探讨大学生创业意愿及其影响因素。实证结果表明:主观规范、创业态度以及感知行为控制因素对大学生创业意愿均有显著影响。其中,感知行为控制影响最为明显。据此,本文提出了促进学生创业意愿形成的若干对策,对提高高职学生自主创业率有一定的指导意义。

This paper based on the TPB theory model,and used 954 college students in Shandong province as study samples,analyzed the degree of the influence of entrepreneurial intention by principal component analysis and ordered Logit model.The results showed that:subjective standardization,entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control factors had significant effects on entrepreneurial intention.Among all these factors,perceived behavioral control was the most significant one.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the entrepreneurial will of college students,which has certain guiding meaning to improve the rate of self-employment of college students.
