钢柱与筒架交替支撑式整体钢平台模架体系 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统的整体提升脚手架、液压爬模等模架形式存在的问题,研究了钢柱与筒架交替支撑式整体钢平台模架体系。该模架体系利用工具式钢柱和筒架支撑系统交替支撑实现了施工爬升阶段与工作阶段的支撑受力转换,并采用液压缸驱动爬升靴沿工具式钢柱爬升的方式实现整体爬升。通过整体钢平台模架在武汉恒隆广场塔楼施工中的应用,介绍了基于模块化理念的系统与部件设计,以及模架体系在复杂工况条件下的受力分析结果,同时介绍了模架体系面向结构体型收分等特殊施工要求时而采用的高适应性施工技术。总结的施工经验可供类似项目借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of traditional integral lifting scaffold,hydraulic climbing formwork and other forms of formwork,the formwork system of steel column and cylinder frame alternate supporting integral steel platform is studied.In this system,the tool type steel column and the cylinder support system are alternately supported to realize the support stress conversion between the construction climbing stage and the working stage,and the hydraulic cylinder driven climbing shoe is used to climb along the tool steel column to realize the overall climbing.Through the application of integral steel platform formwork in the construction of Wuhan Henglong square tower,this paper introduces the system and component design based on the modular concept,as well as the stress analysis results of the formwork system under complex working conditions.At the same time,it introduces the high adaptive construction technology of the formwork system when facing the special construction requirements such as the structure shape.The construction experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
