回弹法检测自密实混凝土抗压强度的可靠性分析

Reliability Analysis of Self-compacting Concrete Compressive Strength by Rebound Method

为验证回弹法是否适用于评价自密实混凝土的抗压强度,应用回弹法测试不同龄期的C15、C20、C25三种强度等级的自密实混凝土的抗压强度。根据试验数据,用“最小二乘法”拟合出自密实混凝土专用测强曲线,对比混凝土立方体抗压强度试验结果,验证回弹法检测自密实混凝土抗压强度的可靠性。试验结果表明:自密实混凝土专用测强曲线可靠性较高,可以用于自密实混凝土抗压强度无损检测和评定。

In order to verify whether the rebound method is suitable for evaluating the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete,the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete with different ages of C15,C20 and C25 strength grades is tested by rebound method.According to the test data,the"least square method"is used to fit the special strength curve of self-compacting concrete,and the test results of concrete cube compressive strength are compared to verify the reliability of rebound method in detecting the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete.The test results show that the special strength curve of self compacting concrete has high reliability and can be used for nondestructive testing and evaluation of compressive strength of self-compacting concrete.
